Haven't been doing anything to the car, it has just sat in the garage since the tax ran out at the end of October.
Reasonable weather today though, so figured I'd have a car cleaning day. Also been pondering what I need to do to the car over the winter. I don't have a conclusive list yet, but do have a few ideas - I think the first thing to do is to have a go at replacing the rear wheel bearings, as there is a little bit of play in one of them. This involves undoing the hub nuts so I can get the uprights off, this could be more of a challenge than it ought to be, as finding a socket which fits is tricky (as I found out back in May).
Also featuring on the list is: half doors / tonneau / boot cover (this has to has to has to happen this year!); fix the
broken rear anti-roll bar; side repeaters; redoing some of the Autocom stuff; do some work on properly sorting various
holes/scratches; have a go at making a diffuser; wiring in a fan override switch; some better seat pads for long journeys;
other stuff.
